About Nick | Founder of BridgeWell

After spending over 10 years in the hospitality industry managing fast-paced environments and high-pressure teams, I found myself burned out, depleted, and disconnected from my own well-being. That experience became a turning point. I turned to movement, mindfulness, and restorative wellness practices not just to recover, but to rebuild how I live and work. That personal shift became the foundation for BridgeWell.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, with a background in workplace wellness programming, team coaching, and movement-based leadership. Before launching BridgeWell, I served as a Fitness Experience Director for the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, where I developed and led wellness initiatives for staff and community members.

BridgeWell exists to bring that same grounded, sustainable, and accessible approach to workplaces. I partner with organizations to help their teams move more, stress less, and build wellness practices that last beyond the hour. Whether it’s a movement break between meetings, a team wellness seminar, or a full-day program, my goal is always the same: to help people feel better in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more connected to their work.
