  • How is BridgeWell different from other wellness providers?

    BridgeWell blends science-based movement and mindfulness practices with a people-first approach. Our sessions are practical, inclusive, and designed to support real-world work environments. We are deeply experienced in working with educators, nonprofits, and direct with members of the community.

  • What are Movement Breaks, and how do they work?

    Movement Breaks are short, 15-minute guided sessions designed to help participants reset both physically and mentally during meetings, retreats, or professional development days. Each session can be energizing or grounding, and is accessible to all fitness levels.

  • What is a Wellness Seminar or Keynote Session like?

    These sessions combine practical wellness education with movement and mindfulness. They’re engaging, interactive, and designed to leave teams feeling inspired and equipped with tools they can use every day. Topics are customized to your organization’s specific needs and workflow. Best to kickoff professional development days, all-staff team meetings, or wellness challenges.

  • Can BridgeWell provide recurring wellness programs for our team?

    Yes! We offer recurring programming on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. This can include movement sessions, wellness workshops, or a combination of both. Recurring programs are fully customizable.

  • Does BridgeWell offer virtual options?

    Yes! All of our services can be delivered virtually via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Virtual sessions are ideal for remote or hybrid teams.

  • How do I book a session with BridgeWell?

    Use the contact form to get started. We’ll schedule a discovery call to learn about your needs, then send a custom proposal and confirmation details.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    Pricing depends on the service, duration, and customization required. Download the full Services Guide to view service details and pricing.

  • What if I want something that's not listed in the Service Guide?

    We welcome custom requests. If you have a unique idea or need something beyond what’s listed, please reach out. BridgeWell is flexible and collaborative, we’re happy to co-create a solution that aligns with your vision and your team’s wellness goals.

  • What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a 50% fee.

  • Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or recurring sessions?

    Yes! We value mission-driven work and offer competitive rates for schools, nonprofits, and long-term partnerships. Please inquire for a custom quote.

  • Can you tailor sessions to our industry or team needs?

    Absolutely. All sessions are tailored to your team’s energy, culture, and accessibility needs. We routinely adapt our content for specific industries or staff dynamics.

  • What kind of space or setup is needed for a session?

    Movement Breaks require only a few feet of space per person. For seminars or keynotes, a projector or AV setup may be helpful but isn’t required. We can adapt to most environments.

  • What kind of results can we expect from working with BridgeWell?

    Clients report improved team energy, morale, focus, and connection. Our goal is to leave teams with practical tools that support sustainable well-being in and out of the workplace.

  • Where is BridgeWell based? Do you travel?

    BridgeWell is based in Metro Detroit, MI. We offer in-person services locally and virtual services nationwide. We also travel for select clients and events.

  • Who facilitates the sessions?

    All sessions are led by Nickelas Trepanier, a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Wellness Director with over a decade of experience in team leadership and working with dynamic teams in a variety of environments.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we occasionally have openings on shorter notice. Reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
