About Nick | Founder of BridgeWell

I spent over a decade in hospitality operations and leadership in high-volume institutions where excellence was the baseline. My work in orchestrating daily operations and leading high-performing teams taught me how to perform under pressure, drive results, and sustain people in environments where the stakes are high and the margins are thin.

Those years offered both fulfillment and achievement, but they also uncovered the unsustainable cost of burnout, turnover, and teams pushed beyond balance. That experience became the turning point that led me to focus on resilience as the foundation of sustainable performance.

I earned my national certifications as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, focused on getting to the root of how we build our individual resilience. I then served as the Fitness Experience Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit, where I scaled programs and strategies that advanced well-being for staff and community members alike. Through that work I saw a clear truth: wellness initiatives alone were not enough. What organizations needed were leaders capable of embedding resilience into everyday operations.

That vision drives BridgeWell today: equipping leaders and teams with science-based tools that sharpen focus, regulate stress, and sustain performance under pressure.
