• PDF guides, toolkits, presentations, and workbooks

• Audio recordings and video sessions

• Movement formats, class templates, and recovery protocols

• Logos, brand names, taglines, and site design

You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose our materials outside your organization without prior written consent. For organizational use, licenses are limited to internal employee engagement only.

4. License of Use

Clients and users purchasing or receiving BridgeWell resources are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-organization license for internal use. These materials may not be distributed to third parties or used for commercial resale.

5. Consulting and Live Sessions

Scheduling of workshops, consulting projects, and live sessions is subject to availability and mutual agreement. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of deposit.

All professional services will be governed by a separate service agreement, which will take precedence over these general terms when applicable.

6. Digital Product Sales and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access to downloads, all sales of toolkits, guides, and digital products are final. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your content, please reach out to us at support@workwithbridgewell.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

7. Limitation of Liability
