    Keynotes: BridgeWell keynotes translate science into leadership action, giving executives and managers practical strategies they can apply the same day. Regulate to Rise™ is our signature talk, built on evidence-to-action frameworks for company meetings, summits, and offsites.

    Sessions: Our interactive learning sessions are designed for leaders to test, practice, and refine strategies that convert stress into steady execution. Sessions run 60–90 minutes and emphasize skills that stick beyond the room.

  • How do we start an engagement?

    Use the contact form to get started. We’ll schedule a discovery call and if there is a fit, we scope outcomes and audiences, then send a concise proposal and SOW. For keynotes or single workshops, we confirm date, tech, and logistics at signing.

  • Can BridgeWell provide recurring engagements for our team?

    Yes, within a consulting partnership. Recurring touchpoints are built into the Leadership Continuity System. If you need ongoing activations without a full program, we can schedule a defined series tied to specific outcomes. Contact us to get started.

  • Does BridgeWell offer virtual options?

    Yes. All keynotes, workshops, and activations can be delivered on Zoom, Teams, or your desired platform. Interactive features include polls, chat prompts, and simple practice reps. We provide a tech checklist prior to the event.

  • What is your pricing structure?

    We price by scope, not headcount.

    - Keynotes and Workshops: fixed fee per engagement.

    - Consulting Partnerships: project or monthly advisory fee based on duration and deliverables.

    - Travel: billed at cost with pre-approval.

  • Do you offer services beyond what’s listed on your website?

    Yes. Common requests include manager roundtables, offsite design, leadership communications toolkits, and follow-up advisory for senior teams. If the objective is performance and resilience, we can scope it. Contact us to get started.

  • What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

    A nonrefundable 50% deposit is due at signing to hold dates.

    One reschedule without fee if requested 21 or more days before the event.

    Within 21 days, a 25% reschedule fee applies.

    Within 7 days, the full fee is due. Force majeure exceptions apply.

  • Where is BridgeWell based? Do you travel?

    We are based in the Midwest and work nationwide. We deliver in person and virtual. Travel is scheduled with lead time and billed at cost.
